🥜 What you’ll do

• Organize events at our Picnic locations or at our partners' locations targeting STEM students
• Get in touch with different STEM student associations across targeted universities and establish long term cooperation
• Identify potential talent via sourcing and conduct informative calls for introducing Picnic
• Develop innovative strategies to find new talent & build strong stakeholder connections

⭐ About you

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Degree at one of the top universities in Germany
• You showcase leaderships skills, top results and plenty of interesting extracurriculars in your resume
• You are solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
• You are fluent in English and in German
• You are available at least 16h per week for this role

For this role, ideally you're open for traveling to various locations e.g. a career fair, university campus for organizing different events.
